One example of the “Efficiency” improving systems we create is a system that captures service job information onto a mobile device and using existing client information to quickly and easily complete a “job card”. It then immediately gets sent to headquarters via an email. The information is also available on a secure web portal for viewing. Where we measured its improvement for the company was the speed at which they could get an invoice to the client after the job is complete. One individual being unable to write was able to type out and use spell check to get a proper job card signed off, where before it was difficult to track down his times and jobs being done.
